Controversial Portsmouth e-scooter will have 'no-go' and 'go-slow' zones

A CONTROVERSIAL electric scooter scheme launching in Portsmouth will have no-go and go-slow zones, the city council has said.

The city council's transport boss, Councillor Lynne Stagg, approved a six-month e-scooter rental trial during a meeting today that is set to start mid-March.
